- Browser cache can occasionally cause the audio to malfunction. Clearing browser cache and restarting the browser will often remedy browser cache issues. To learn how to clear your browser cash, go here.
- If you use a Mac, there may be audio problems when using Firefox or Chrome. If you have a Mac, use Safari--there are no audio problems using Safari.
