• Be sure that you are logging in at the Parent section. Parents cannot gain access to their children/students through the student login area. 


• Check to see if your caps lock is off. The password is case-sensitive.


• Close your browser, and login again. Browser cache may affect login if you use the same computer to login to more than one account using different UNs.


• Reset your password. 

Students: 

Read each solution below, then try each one at a time:
